Indian Toby Tree.... - a photo on Flickriver

            This tree was along Route 68....almost as soon as I stepped off of the East Brady bridge today.

My Mother told me stories about the Indian Toby.  She said that when she was a teenager, boys would get into trouble for standing outside of school and smoking these things.  I cannot even imagine.

Thank goodness my Mother and Grandmother ( her Mother ) used to tell me so many stories when I was little.  I have passed so many onto my own two children.  

When they were little....I used to lay in their bed with them at night and we would make animals on the ceiling with our hand by putting a flashlight to silhouette and make some funny animal.  I always used to tell them stories....tons and tons of stories.  They loved that....   : )
