SHADES OF THE PAST

            Coombe Junction crossing and signal box on the Looe Branch in Cornwall April 1975
The signal box was constructed in 1901 and closed in 1981.
If only I'd taken more opportunities to photograph the branch lines in the West Country but I was always drawn to the mainlines with 50's and Westerns
When we look back at the things we didn't photograph the answer is always that we could have done more
