BLUE SKY THINKING - a photo on Flickriver

BLUE SKY THINKING

            When I left Malvern there was a clear blue sky but heading over the hill into Herefordshire there was a large bank of cloud building up.
I had wanted to try this shot in sun but it started looking pretty hopeless despite the clear sky visible in the photo. In the end I was reasonably happy to settle for this half-sun outcome
43192 is on the rear with 43018 out of sight leading get away from Ledbury on 28-1-19
The location is Waller's Green
The working is the then trusty 1W00 0821 London Paddington to Hereford Great Western Railway service 
When I visited the location on 5 May 1991 to see 50015 there was much less vegetation and an excellent shot could be had from the field of the train approaching from the Ledbury direction
