EXMOOR FAREWELL..... - a photo on Flickriver

            41206 & 41291 at Barnstaple with the Exmoor Ranger Railtour on 27-3-65 Organised by the Plymouth Railway Circle / R.C.T.S.
Collett 3205 would work the train from Ilfracombe though SixBells website says it took it through to Taunton. So I think this is the arrival from Halwill with steam still being applied. the Ivatt's banked the special to Ilfracombe.

Part of the Tom Derrington Collection with photographer unknown. The originalhas just started to develop a few purple patches but thankfully in places which were easy to correct. I may rescan this at some point as I think more of the Collett may be on the slide!?
