HUNTING THE SUN... - a photo on Flickriver

HUNTING THE SUN...

            43277 & 43274 pass through Colwall in Herefordshire on 26-9-23.
The working is the test train, the 1Q15 0648 Derby R.T.C.(Network Rail) to Landore T.M.D. and running 2 minutes late.

As you can see the lighting is only just good enough to pick out the train. If it was on time then the sun was out so it was quite remarkable that the sun stayed out long enough for this capture. With leaden skies over the Malvern's it is not surprising I did not stay out any longer.
