Trbwnegs808 D1575 on 1A10 at Welwyn North (probably)

            Mid 60's and I guess by the headcode the 1A10 and the coach number E125E we are somewhere on the ECML (we think it’s Welwyn North thanks to MisterC) I am not recognising, especially as Class 47 D1575 would have been a Gateshead Loco at the time. Going by other headcodes in 1964 I think the 1A10 was an early morning departure from Kings Cross (it is Kings Cross to Tyne Quay aka The Norseman thanks again to MisterC).
Can anyone tell we what type of vans the first 2 coaches are?
The loco was new from Crewe Works in April 1964 and withdrawn as 47455 in March 1990, cutting up was at Crewe Works by MRJ Philips in June 1995.
