66721+73969 1M16 Inverness. 2-2-20 - a photo on Flickriver

            This was the 20-26 Caledonian Sleeper Service departure to London Euston.
This locomotive combination would have worked as far as Edinburgh.A class 92 would have taken over for the journey to Euston.

I had recently arrived with 800113 on the left with 1W96 the Down Highland Chieftain from Edinburgh.

Only locomotives fitted with shafenberger auto couplers can attach to mark five sleeper stock. What surprised me as I watched the train depart was that they were operating in multiple. I was originally under the impression that the class 73 was primarily there for the ETS supply when a different locomotive class leads.
