I was the driver to Edinburgh.

I really enjoyed driving the HST’s during their final few weeks of service with LNER.

The record breaking power car has been preserved as part of the National collection, currently at "Locomotion" Shildon, County Durham.

For me it was strange seeing her on static display there having spent many hours driving her since 2001.
