43277+43238 1W06 Carlisle. 21st September 2019

            Diverted KX to Aberdeen service.

I was the driver Newcastle to Carlisle then from Edinburgh to Aberdeen.

Thanks to Edinburgh based driver Richie for taking this on my camera.

43319 can be seen on number four platform.

I recall it was a lively and scenic  journey with the good weather North to Carstairs over Beattock as I was chilling on board!

43277 fortunately has since found employment with Colas on the NR test trains.
