Ocine La Bretxa, 1999 - 2015

            El 31 de Mayo de 2015, los cines Ocine La Bretxa, los mas centrales de San Sebastian, echaban el cierre tras 16 años de servicio leal a los donostiarras. Eran el unico multiplex de la ciudad despues del cierre de los cines Warner del Illumbe en el año 2006.
 
Los donostiarras tendran que saciar su apetito por el septimo arte en otra parte, ya sea en los pequeños cines del Grupo SADE (Trueba, Principe, Antiguo-Berri) o bien en los pueblos de alrededores, como los de Cinesa Urbil, en Usurbil, o los cines Niessen de Errenteria.

On May 31st, 2015, Ocine La Bretxa, located slap-bang in the centre of the city of San Sebastian, permanently closed its doors after 16 years of loyal service to movie-going Donostiarras. It was the last multiplex left in the city after Warner Illumbe's demise in 2006.
 
San Sebastian's citizens will have to get their movie fix elsewhere, whether it's at the smaller, more personal Grupo SADE cinemas (Prinicpe, Trueba, Antiguo-Berri), or at the multiplexes located in surrounding towns, such as the Cinesa Urbil in Usurbil or the Niessen Zinemak in Errenteria.
