When I started acro I was most certainly not always making happy human noises as @poweredbyyoga likes to say in her workshops. I felt it was always more important to successfully hit the pose at all costs. In which case a lot of stress, tension and heavy emotions were involved... and very little true happiness or happy human noises existed. It has been a lot of growth on my part which would not have been possible without such great teachers. So here is to all the great teachers which have helped me along my path: @yogaslackers, @poweredbyyoga, @aaronlindacro, @acropediaorg, @lizzytomber, @douwes99, @konayoga, @whitehawkyoga, @acromott, and many more who have positively impacted my personal and acro growth.

Throwing back to a time I was flying like such a pretty little flyer in Hawaii during Acro Revolution TT with the help of such a rock star person @acropediaorg basing me. My happiness level in this moment was sky high. It honestly took several minutes to wipe the smile from my face once I softly landed back on Earth.
