Just returned from the town computer store.
Now, there's some news and then there's
some more news. So lets start with the
current news. Mr computer man is a
very gentle kind man that knows
me for a number of years. And,
here's how our meeting went
down. He says, "Mr Jon
your computer is very
old like an old car."

"Everything I have fixed for you over
many years is now not fixable anymore."

He pulled out a few parts from the bone pile
and proceeded to patch the computer again.

He also said "computer stay alive 2 or 3 months."
"Then no more computer, it be dead and dead."

I asked him what are my options. In other words
what does a new computer cost that is a new
version of what I have right now. he pulled
up a page on his computer and pointed
at a new version of my old version ;-0

OK, as for this photo. See the small spots of pink
in the background ? That's The Dog Palace on
the other-side of the swamp. I'm standing
right in front of the nuns bungalows ;-)
