Blue sunrise - Amanecer Azul - a photo on Flickriver

This skykine was taken during a sunrise on the "Cerro de los Angeles" (Getafe, Spain). Note that I said "sunrise" and not moonlight: the image was taken in RAW mode and while post-processing, instead of using the AUTO white balance and getting a orange-red sky, I selected a very cold temperature for the light (could have be done on the camera during the shoot), getting that strage blue look for a sunrise.

Esta silueta la tomé durante un amanecer en el Cerro de los Angeles (Getafe, España). Notese que digo "amanecer" y no digo "a la luz de la luna": tomé la imagen en modo RAW y en el postproceso, en lugar de utilizar el balance de blancos en AUTO y obtener el típico cielo rojo anaranjado, seleccioné una temperatura de luz muy fria (se podría haber hecho en la cámara, pero preferí tirar rápido y controlar después) obteniendo estos tonos azules tan extraños para un amanecer.
