*Eifelsteig-Idylle am Butzerbach* - a photo on Flickriver

The Butzerbach Valley is an idyllic gem near Kordel in the lower Kylltal, not far from the mouth of the Kyll near Trier-Ehrang into the Moselle.
The Eifelsteig, a premium hiking trail with a total length of 313 km in several stages, leads directly past here:

But the Butzerbach only carries this much water after heavy rainfall.

The picture was taken at the end of February 2014 during a break in the rain in slightly foggy and mild winter weather, typical of recent years.

Das Butzerbach-Tal ist ein idyllisches Kleinod in der Nähe von Kordel im unteren Kylltal, unweit der Mündung der Kyll bei Trier-Ehrang in die Mosel.
Der Eifelsteig, ein Premium-Wanderweg von insgesamt 313 km Länge in etlichen Etappen, führt hier unmittelbar vorbei:

So viel Wasser führt der Butzerbach aber nur nach starken Regenfällen.

Das Bild entstand Ende Februar 2014 in einer Regenpause bei leicht nebligem und milden Winterwetter, typisch für die letzten Jahre.
