Bay of Skaill, Orkney Isles, July 2009

            The Bay of Skaill is on the west side of Orkney, this visit was part of my day trip to the Orkney Isles and a beautiful bay it is too, the beach curves right round like a horseshoe. If I had had time I would have loved to walk right round it but I was restricted time wise. This bay is right beside the historic Skarra Brae settlement.
