St Columba's Church(Ruin), St Combs, Aberdeenshire, May 2022

            There is little left of the church - a small gable end. It is thought the church was abandoned 1608 so it dates from medieval times. You can see the markings of what would have been a bigger building. The graveyard is well attended too and gives a great sense of local history. I thought it was a remarkable to find this in St Combs.
