A sky blue light glazes all over the city of Nuremberg during its most important cultural event „The Night of Arts and Culture“. On May 19th  the city celebrates a feast from seven o’clock in the evening till the early hours of the next day, which enchants more than 140.000 visitors every year. Inspired by a special theme – which is in 2012, the Nuremberg “Year of Arts”, “Masterly” – the ancient squares and buildings of this historic city are thriving with life amongst light installations and all kinds of art performances. Come and enjoy this unusual flair of musical events, lectures, theatre performances and modern arts.
