Karachi Cantt Railway station - a photo on Flickriver

            This is the main railway station of Karachi. Previously City Railway station used to be the main station but due to heavy traffic there only few trains ever come there and those ones are loading trains not passenger ones. 

Since the inception of railways in Subcontinent by British Raj coolies, like the one photographed above with heavy load, have been a staple diet of the station scene. They are found on all the stations where Pakistan Railways travel. And there are still hundreds where the trains stop. Coolies often come cheap. This one charged me Rs.30 for all this luggage.
