View from Tower, Ranworth - a photo on Flickriver

            View from the tower of St Helen's church, Ranworth, a lofty perch giving a panoramic view over the surrounding countryside. 

The church is one of very few that regularly allow visitors access to their towers in order to enjoy the views to be had from there (if only more would follow their example!).

Ascent is via a spiral staircase to the bell chamber, and then the final climb to the roof hatch is via steel ladders.
