Klosterkirche St. Georg (Ochsenhausen)

            Die spätgotische Klosterkirche St. Georg war ein lang gestreckter dreischiffiger Bau ohne Querschiff. Bei ihrer Weihe 1495 hatte sie 15 neue Altäre. Im 17. Jahrhundert wurde die Ausstattung modernisiert, doch das heute bestimmende barocke Aussehen erhielt sie erst ab 1725.

The late Gothic monastery church of St. George was an elongated three-nave building without a transept. At its consecration in 1495 it had 15 new altars. In the 17th century, the interior was modernised, but it was not until 1725 that it acquired the Baroque appearance that is so characteristic of today.
