Havenbridge House Great Yarmouth UK (Alan Cooke & Partners 1974)

            Coastguard & Customs as well as the Inland Revenue are based here. But in 2007 the building was bought by Brundall based Citygate Developments who where aiming to refurbish the accommodation providing the best office space in Great Yarmouth. The first new tenant was to have been the towns council department. Alas In 2011 The council’s cabinet  agreed to scrap the plan to move 312 members of staff into this single hub citing overcrowding and inadequate facilities. But on the plus side, the top floor is set to become a call centre, with up to 60 new jobs created as Marketing company Vibris CCS are set to move in in January 2013.
