S-IC stand = B1/B2 Test Stand. The A2 Test Stand is the one nearer & directly behind B1/B2. A1 is to the right and further back.

The spherical LOX(?) tank of the cryogenic dock is visible in the distance, directly ‘above’ the B1/B2 Test Stand. An excellent view of it as if viewed from the left:

Whatever it is - based on the photo numbering of this and the other S-IC-4 identified photo in the blog, and here:

along with the one F-1 engine cover partially collapsed/dislodged being consistent in both photos - it's the same vehicle - again, whatever it is.
