Meet the Rosegolds

            Conjuring this photo was hard, as the Rosegolds rarely visit a studio together. It always has been like this, for centuries, and it has not been easy to convince them to pose in front of capturing devices. So, I am honored that they decided to visit my humble studio after all.

And my home. The members of the Rosegold family, famous confectioners for centuries and owners of the Rosegold bakery chain all over the world, entered my life one by one. Slowly and mysteriously. Sunny arrived first, as some of you may remember, disguised as someone else entirely. I learned only later that she has been looking for her long-lost older cousin Praline. Then Praline arrived too, but she preferred to stay hidden for a while. "Because of some family affairs..," was her only explanation.

We all could not believe what happened next. The two girls, Praline and Sunny, combined their skills to trace down one of the most eccentric members of their family. I still was not convinced that they would be able to manage it until the moment  Raffaello W. Rosegold, II entered through the door, one day. Raffaello was here! After so many things they have been through, after "that" incident which caused them to change their identities and scatter all around the planet... They were finally coming together again..! And they are very eager to tell you their sad and strange story now, too. Because this time, it's really time. "Too many secrets to carry... No man should be left alone with this burden..." whispered Raffaello, with his soft, musical voice. That's how he always sounds, like he is ready to tell you a fairy tale. But his tale, their tale... Is far from being one.
