Llanes es un concejo de la Comunidad Autónoma del Principado de Asturias.
El puerto de Llanes es hoy uno de los atractivos turísticos de la zona.
Los edificios que rodean el puerto interior, convierten en muy agradable el paseo en torno a él, ya que muchos de ellos datan de la edad media, y otros son representativos de la arquitectura típica empleada en las casas de pescadores, y que pueden observarse en toda la costa oriental.

Otro de mis lugares preferidos en Llanes son Los Cubos de la Memoria, realizados por Agustín Ibarrola, que estan en una cala justo al lado del Fuerte de la Moría y del Puerto de la villa marinera de Llanes.
