Neues Rollmaterial für die Mürrenbahn - eindrücklicher Transport

            DE Am 30. Oktober 2023 wurde der erste von drei neuen Triebzügen für die Bergbahn Lauterbrunnen-Mürren (BLM) von Stadler Rail angeliefert. Die Adhäsionsbahn auf über 1600 Meter über Meer ist nur über eine Alpstrasse nach Winteregg erreichbar. So wurden die beiden Teile des Triebszuges einzeln auf einem Spezialfahrzeug über die kurvige Strasse transportiert. Der ferngesteuerte "Castor und Pollux" der Firma Von Rotz Seilbahnen konnte diese Aufgabe bewältigen.

Die erste Wagenhälfte des Be 4/6  102 "Mönch" ist hier kurz vor seinem Endziel, der Station Winteregg, unterwegs. Mit dem hohen Wagenkasten ist der Transport mitten in den Alpen sehr spektakulär! In der Winteregg wird der Wagenkasten von zwei Pneu-Kranen auf seine Drehgestelle gesetzt.

EN A spectacular transport in the alps! On 30 October 2023, the first of three new trainsets for the Bergbahn Lauterbrunnen-Mürren (BLM) was delivered. As the train line is 1600 meters above sea level, the two parts of the train were transported over the narrow and curvy street going up to Winteregg. The remote-controlled special vehicle "Castor and Pollux" from Von Rotz Seilbahnen was able to master this challenge.

The first half of the Be 4/6 102 "Mönch" seen on its way shortly before its final destination, Winteregg station. At Winteregg, the wagon body is being placed on its bogies by two tyre cranes.
