            Die Hälfte der geplanten Bauzeit für das MainTor-Quartier ist erfolgreich abgeschlossen. Bauherr DIC liegt damit im Zeitplan und kann rund drei Jahre vor Abschluss des Projekts auf einen Vermarktungsstand von nahezu 90 Prozent bei den im Bau befindlichen Büroprojekten verweisen. Heute würdigt das Unternehmen mit einem „Baufest“ den erfolgreichen Abschluss der ersten Halbzeit, insbesondere die Baufortschritte bei „MainTor Patio“ und „MainTor Panorama“. Die 300 geladenen Gäste führt Frankfurts Oberbürgermeister Peter Feldmann an, der die in der ersten Halbzeit erzielten Ergebnisse als positives Beispiel für die dynamische Entwicklung Frankfurts wertete: „Das Main Tor-Areal ist ein weiterer Meilenstein in der positiven Stadtentwicklung Frankfurts hin zum Leben am Fluss.
