            This is as close to SOOC as I get and is pretty much exactly as it looked! After all the build-up today its not what I would call a spectacular sunset! With there being a large amount of volcanic dust in the atmosphere ... well at least enough to stop the planes flying... there was supposed to be a spectacular sunset. This was the best I got. There was a big bank of cloud close to the horizon which prevented it all. The sun managed to peep through just before it set but there wasn't enough light for much colour. The one big plus was the lack of contrails which often appear at sunset!
