365 ~ 102 ... Fresh Air!! - a photo on Flickriver

            I jumped on my bike this afternoon and went for a good, long ride down the coast. I didn't have my camera with me but I did have my iPhone so managed to catch some photos.

This was at approximately my half way point (to my planned destination) after cycling up the steepest of hills, I had to stop for a breather and drink of water! Finished my cycle with a nice 38.5km recorded! Looks like, I'm back on my bike, as long as the weather remains good!!
