St Pierre-Jolys MB

            Sculptor: Nicholas Pirotton of St. Boniface. The figure accompanying the soldier depicts Joan of Arc. Several of Pirotton's statues appear on memorials in the eastern Prairies. It is said that Pirotton had little or no formal training in sculpture.
