12-4-20-3579_80_Turnagain Ice and Skies

            Taken on the Turnagain Arm, maybe 10 miles Southeast of Anchorage, Alaska.  This is looking across the Arm to Hope Alaska, in that valley to the left.  The sky was spectacular!  The ice you see here formed from saltwater and is really mushy to walk on.  Not the solid ice you would seen on a freshwater pond.
