The Black Forest - Talawahl Nature Reserve after the Hillville Bushfire, Coates Road, Mid North Coast, NSW

The devastating Hillville Bushfire passed through Talawahl Nature Reserve on November 8th 2019. Good rains from the 8th February 2020 have significantly contributed to natures plan to restore the area. Despite its best intentions nature is going to face an uphill battle as so much of Talawahl Nature Reserve was litterally obliterated. It likely some flora and fauna species may even be pushed toward localised extinction.
