Nothing like a cup of warm tea to open the mind every morning and get the energy for a new day... first thing to do in the early morning is to make a cup of tea and drink it slowly while watching my fish :)
During the day... more cups are always welcomed, my friends tell me that I drink too much tea, and that will make me nervous and won’t let me take enough sleep!!!.... I answer them: no, at all, it’s at the contrary of that!!!... in the morning it helps me to think right and focus, gives me energy, and at the same time it calms me down when I’m stressed and releases me from headache, and at nigh it helps me to sleep!!!.... magic, right? :))

well, yes.... beside that I’m choco-holic..... I’m tea-holic, hehehe :D
