Inside a house at La Habana Vieja, Cuba

I was walking by a street at the Habana Vieja ( Old Habana) , together with my friend - and photographer .Peopleinpixels, a bit far away from the touristic quarters. You could see, one after the other, destroyed buildings, just like a post-war city .. Through an enormous opened door, I saw the stair. The shoe maker, on the extreme right of the picture, was working. Asked permission ( which got the answer "looking is free") and got into the basement of the house. An enormous door to the street provided all the natural light that could be needed. A special moment. A special stair...
