            Female Slender Antbird, Gravatazeiro, Rhopornis ardesiacus, 19 cm. / 7.5 in. RARE and ENDANGERED.  Limited to a very small range.  ENDEMIC.  Found low in dense, dry forest near patches of terrestrial bromeliads.  Threatened by habitat loss.
