This beautiful depot was built in 1900, one year before the town of Crossville incorporated. On Valentines Day in 1925 the depot burned down. It was quickly rebuilt by the townspeople and served the community until the 1980's. After many years of no maintenance, the Rotary Clubs of Cumberland County banned together and restored it. It reopened in 1996. Today it is a gift shop and meeting place. Information from the following site.
