56 - 365 February 25 2011 - burning feet

            Today I visited our capital, Vienna, to see the great exhibition about expressionistic art in the Albertina, which houses  one of the world’s finest art collections.
Of course I used the possibility to walk around a few hours to take some pictures. In the evening of this bitter cold February day may feet were hurting and the icy wind has crept under my clothes for much too long. Both things are somehow illustrated in this picture: “Burning feet and the hopefully warming sun”. By the way,  this rider is part of the famous Empress Maria-Theresia Statue.
