More chocolate experiments! - a photo on Flickriver

Much to my husband's delight, there has been a lot of chocolate cake floating around in our house recently as I try out new recipes and test different brands of chocolate sugarpaste and Belgian chocolate coverpaste.

Here is last weekend's quick creation - I had very little time to decorate it, and found Belgian Chocolate coverpaste a bit tricky (and sticky) to handle in last weekend's October heatwave, but pleased with the result.

First attempt at handmodelling chocolate roses too, was reasonably pleased!
