A apple for the teacher! - a photo on Flickriver

            This year I've been volunteering once a week as a reading assistant at a local primary school, a role that I have absolutely loved. Here are the "Apple for the teacher" gingerbread cookies that I made to take in for the staff today as a thank you for making me feel so welcome at the school this year. They went down a storm!

My favourites are the ones with the "bite marks" - inspired a little by The Very Hungry Caterpillar!
