Fatima Mass and Marian Conseccration

            On Tuesday, October 13th, St. John Cantius Parish commemorated the final apparition of Our Lady of Fatima by gathering for a beautiful evening of devotion and prayers. 

Chicago's very own Kevin Matthews led the faithful in praying the Rosary before the statue of Our Lady of the Broken. 

Following the celebration of the Mass of the Immaculate Heart, there was an indoor procession with the statute of Our Lady of Fatima to her newly refurnished shrine. The statue of our Lady of Fatima was then crowned and enthroned in her new home. 

Father Joshua Caswell, pastor of St. John Cantius, consecrated the parish to the Immaculate Heart of Mary, then over three-hundred people who had been preparing over the proceeding 33 Days, consecrated themselves to Jesus through Mary. It was an evening of graces and blessings for all at St. John Cantius parish.
