Well-Worn Olympus XA-2 35mm Camera [EXPLORED]

            I spent a few US dollars in an antique store on what I was told was a "dead" early 1980s Olympus camera. My intuition was telling me it just needed fresh batteries and some tender care and cleaning. I was right as it now functions very well after servicing. The amount of dirt, lint, and scuffing on the outside of the camera indicates it may have often been carried in a pocket for instant use; which was its original design intention. The accompanying Olympus A11 flash unit, alas, was truly expired (bashed or dropped) and has been recycled.
