UP 6266 Dallas 26 Feb 25 - a photo on Flickriver

            UP 6266 leads a westbound stack train across the Trinity River and away from downtown Dallas, TX.

If you're curious why you don't see many wide-angle shots from this iconic spot just west of downtown Dallas, the high-tension power lines draped across the sky should answer your wondering.  I'm not sure of these lines and their giant structures are new'ish to this scene, but they certainly are a distraction.  Fortunately, the classic shot from the levee here is more of a telemash that excludes the powerlines although their shadows could be a pest.
