Sunny Sunflowers (Explored) - a photo on Flickriver

            I seem to be alternating between sunflowers and purple heather at the moment which is pretty typical for August.

There seems to be an abundance of sunflowers in Dorset this year. These were taken earlier in the week at Maiden Castle near Dorchester. The money raised for going in to see them goes towards the NHS premature babies which is a lovely idea and a lovely happy place to spend an afternoon.

Still looking out for a misty sunrise over the purple heather. I've got to let go of my camera for a few days to repair a fault, no doubt this will coincide with spectacular conditions!!
