Garfield County Courthouse (Enid, Oklahoma)

            Historic 1936 Garfield County Courthouse in Enid, Oklahoma.    The Art Deco style building was constructed 1934-36 as a New Deal Federal Emergency Administration of Public Works funded project (also known as the Public Works Administration (PWA)). 

The Garfield County Courthouse was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1984 (NRHP No. 84003018 as part of the County Courthouses of Oklahoma Thematic Resource). It is also a contributing resource to the Enid Downtown Historic District (NRHP District No. 07001265).
