Into the Light: Disability Awareness

            Not often do I post images from my job, but these two are special to me.  In this exercise of the training I conduct, attendees are given "disabilties" and a task where they have to go through the facility and accomplish some directive.  In this case, each trainee was given a "disability".  Here, one has partnered with another who has found herself suddenly "legally blind".  It's a strong image to me on a theme of personal subject matter.  Of course, the goal of the trainings I give is to share light on disability awareness and how small things really make a difference in completing daily challenges.
