Hybrid *Explore*

            We came across this pickup, 39 Ford (originally),  Saturday morning while looking for something interesting on Historic Route 66 in Sapulpa, Oklahoma. The owner was just parking it in front of his downtown building as a 'tease'. Michael told us the stories how he found the truck and found various parts to make it whole again. It has a flat head engine, twin carb, V8 and he drives it everywhere. He and his sons like to restore older cars and cruise Route 66.
