            SOUTH CHINA SEA (Sept. 13, 2022) Cryptologic Technician (Collection) 2nd Class Kyle Long, from Mechanicsburg, Penn., repairs a mooring line on the fo’c’sle aboard Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS Higgins (DDG 76) while preparing for a port visit to Manila, Philippines. Higgins, assigned to Commander, Task Force 71/Destroyer Squadron (DESRON) 15, is Navy’s largest forward-deployed DESRON and U.S. 7th fleet’s principal surface force.
