About 8 months ago...i started posting seriously on Flickr. Here i saw some the most beautiful images in the world, met talented people taking and making those images and was awestruck by the extent of beauty and creativity that makes this the wonderful place that it is.

As i went about exploring this world, i started learning more about this art of creating images. Found links and groups where i learnt about taking pictures...using different features of cameras and how...learnt about image processing using textures and layers, thanks to groups dedicated to such processed images and their detailed tutorials...learnt about HDR photography...and inspired myself just looking at people's creativity.

I then embarked on one of life's most beautiful trips...an epic journey...biking...through the Himalaya...covering the Valley of Flowers, Ladakh and Kashmir...over 5500kms through some of the highest and toughest roads in the world....on a mission to see the most wonderful places and take beautiful pictures.

Getting back was hard initially...almost like starting over again...but then it started to happen. I started seeing familiar names...started receiving those comments...faves...compliments...invites...awards...new contacts...old contacts...questions...where have you been?...messages...Welcome back!!
Once again, i was appreciated...my pictures liked...but most of all, i was remembered!!!....like a feeling of coming back home...to a place where i belong.

Here i just wanted to say Thank You!!!...for all that you teach, for all that you inspire...for everything.
This place is beautiful because of all of you and thanks to all you wonderful people...it really is awesome to be back!!
