Casa Maroto

            Esta casa de valor histórico y artístico se caracteriza por su estilo arquitectónico italiano de comienzos del siglo XIX. Fue construida en 1920 por Rafael Maroto Hurtado, nieto del general realista durante la Batalla de Chacabuco, Rafael Maroto. Durante la década de 1960 fue donada a la Cruz Roja Chilena, hasta su venta en 2006. Durante el terremoto de Chile de 2010 sufrió algunos daños estructurales.​

A partir de octubre de 2013 funciona como centro cultural, albergando al Club de Jazz de Santiago

This house of historical and artistic value is characterized by its Italian architectural style from the beginning of the 19th century. It was built in 1920 by Rafael Maroto Hurtado, grandson of the royalist general during the Battle of Chacabuco, Rafael Maroto. During the 1960s it was donated to the Chilean Red Cross, until its sale in 2006. During the 2010 Chilean earthquake it suffered some structural damage.

As of October 2013, it functions as a cultural center, housing the Santiago Jazz Club.
