Sparrow and Nothing More - a photo on Flickriver

There's a tree on someone's front yard not too far from my house that is home to a noisy flock of house sparrows. It's where I took my December Sparrow photo. While they seem okay with smaller, more compact lenses, they are absolutely terrified of my large telephoto lens and flee at the sight of it. I know it's the lens because I can stand next to the tree without the lens and they won't mind. Still, I had to try... and managed to sneak a shot of one just before it hopped off.
