I'm Watching, Always Watching - a photo on Flickriver

Seen here is a male Osprey flying high above the Intracoastal Waterway in the Outer Banks of North Carolina. He was patrolling the shoreline in search of a meal or additional construction materials for a nearby nest.

This time of year it's not uncommon for the nests to be housing Osprey chicks, as breeding season is from March to May in the Carolinas.
